Our production facility is installed with a tilting-type hydraulically operated Skelner furnace that enables us to manufacture Aluminium Alloy Ingots (ADC-12 & ADC-6 series) and Aluminium Notch bar with an annual capacity of upto 12000 MT. The furnace along with its components is designed according to the latest technological and industrial standards to meet the expectations of our respective clients, in terms of production output and quality.
Quality control via Spectrometer: In the production unit, utmost importance is given to the product quality. Our in-house engineers and quality inspectors utilize the state of the art chemical analysis laboratory quipped with latest generation high accuracy Spectrometer to ensure that the chemical composition of produced alloys is on point.
Pollution Control System: We are committed to clean and green business activities and so is our manufacturing facility. Our production unit boasts the effective air pollution control system, which regulates the emission of particulate matter and gases into the atmosphere to prevent any air contamination in the surrounding areas.
