Guided Wave Inspection
SGNCO offers guided wave inspection that
screens a variety of pipe work for metal loss features like corrosion,
erosion etc. Guided wave inspection is suited for pipelines and process pipe
work such as bridge piers, road crossings, underground pipelines etc.
This inspection can be done without any scaffolding, digging or removing
insulation. Besides, through this application, meters of pipe work may be
inspected from a single location. SGNCO uses guided wave of different format
viz. tools fixed ring and modular ring. The fixed ring design is suitable
for pipe with diameters of up to 8-inches whereas modular ring up is
suitable for pipes with diameter up to 42-inches.
High and low voltage Electrical Installation
inspection
This service of ours inspects electrical
installations in residential, industrial, office buildings, hospitals,
petrol stations, hotels etc. electrical installations are a vital and a
power drop or shortcut can have far reaching effects.
We approve design, calculate dimension, asses new installaltions and also
do periodic in-service inspections. Our specialized measurements are:
- Short circuit current measurements of loop impedance, power
factor, harmonics
- Conformity investigation of high and low voltage cabinets
- Insulation and earth resistance measurement
- Verification of protective devices against overload and short
circuit current, indirect contact
- Dielectrical strength testing up to 70 kV

ways to provide the investors with efficient and complete construction
monitoring works. By employing contract engineers, customers can devote
their time to core business issues, as they have to provide their manpower
just for supervision. SGNCO provides a range of services through each stage
of the project, from designing to construction and operation.
ISIRI Mandatory Standards Certification
The Institute of Standards and Industrial
Research of Iran (ISIRI) controls the quality of EXIM goods. Its aim is to
protect consumer rights in respect to health, safety and environmental
regulations and also to protect local manufacturer's rights against the
importation of low quality goods.
We have been accredited by ISIRI to offer conformity assessment services
and to issue Verification of Conformity (VoC) Certificates. Through us
importers can obtain mandatory Certificate of Conformity (CoC) based on the
VoC Certificates issued in the country of seller.
We are also accredited with the Bank Markazi program, which can be combined
with the above mentioned service.
Laboratory - Mechanical Testing
SGNCO provides mechanical testing
services to assess structural, physical and mechanical attributes of the
products. All the tests are carried out under environmentally controlled
conditions to ensure the exactness of the products' specifications. With the
