Build a strong foundation
The basic knowledge of subsoil is the most important requirement for

Stability studies
We use the latest methods and equipments to detect the stability of the
subsoil. or marshy or uneven land, as for spaces with restricted access, we
dispose of adapted probing installations and caterpillar vehicles. We use
hi-tech equipments to carry out mechanical and electrical cone penetation
tests (CPT), to install piezometers and to take undisturbed samples that
give insight in the geology and hydrology of the location.
Foundation advice
The records of the geotechnical research are translated into usable
physical quantities and effective foundation advice. The data is collected
through through a geographic information collection system.

asbestos
Idolised and damned
Asbestos is composed of minerals with useful chemical and physical
properties. These minerals have property of resistance to heat, electricity
and chemical damage, sound absorption and tensile strength. The properties
of asbestos makes it perfect for diverse application in industrial sector
such as automotive brakes, friction products, textiles, insulation and other
building material. However, asbestos is known to pose serious health hazard,

Identification and inventory

fibres.
Monitoring

fibres in the air of all places where asbestos has been observed. The
asbestos monitoring is conducted before, during and after the detection and
removal of asbestos containing material. We also restrict the exposure to
similar products like respirable crystalline silica and man-made mineral
fibres, which pose serious health hazards.

Legionella
Legionella is a bacterium, which causes
Legionnaire's disease, a serious form of lung infection. Since, Legionella
breeds in water the only way to prevent its occurrence is to regularly check
the quality of water - particularly in tanks used for sanitary, hygienic and
technical installations.
